UVO to make decision on complaints by September 8th

The Public Procurement Office (ÚVO) has received altogether three complaints about the ongoing electronic toll system procurement process from excluded bidders.

So far UVO has dismissed one objection by Austrian company Kapsch TrafficCom: “The ÚVO dismissed the objection because the office did not share the consortium’s opinion,” ÚVO spokesperson Helena Fialová said on August 12.

ÚVO will next deal with the two other objections by Slovakpass and ToSy: “ÚVO is dealing with these motions, the decisions will be issued by September 2 in the first case and by September 8, 2008, in the second case,” Fialová said.
